Amazing eggs

Gary Le Master is an incredible egg sculptor. Working with only infertile eggs, or eggs that have been incubated but have failed to hatch, Gary begins the creative process by emptying and cleaning the egg.
After the egg has dried, he uses a lead pencil to sketch the artistic patterns directly on the shell. For the actual sculpting, he uses a variety of precise diamond and carbide cutting tools, as well as a compressor powered dental handpiece that spins at 400,000 rpm. After sculpting is completed, he uses his hands to disintegrate any membrane residue on the inside surface. The sculpture is then signed, covered in several coats of lacquer and covered with a glass dome to preserve its beauty.
